After the outbreak of COVID pandemic, it has been broadly evidenced that organizational efficiencies have got reduced in many of the organizations for face-to-face communication has been affected in significant manner. In the current scenario, when the entire world is fearing the 3rd wave of Covid infection, significant emphasis has to be given on the communication channels and the ways in which major information could be conveyed in best manner (Gaur et al. 2020). Therefore, all organizations in this context should work ceaselessly with the aim of substituting the face-to-face communication when most of the global workforce now are working from home.
